Will shows incredible attention to detail and accuracy in his approach to force plate testing. Through his support, Will has enhanced the effectiveness of rehabilitation provided to injured Royal Marine Recruits at the Commando Training Centre. He can confidently co-ordinate testing of large groups and rapidly problem solve to ensure a smooth delivery. He is able to identify movement errors and correct them through effective coaching, ensuring excellent reliability throughout.

Will demonstrated excellent technical knowledge in conducting tests using isokinetic dynamometers and force plates for both upper and lower body assessments. He was a valuable asset to the team during preseason, helping to deliver reliable, actionable data that informed training decisions. Will communicated effectively with players and integrated seamlessly into the team environment. His professionalism and competence were evident throughout.

Will’s conduct throughout his MSc was exemplary. His drive, organisation, project management, and ability to rapidly acquire complex analytical techniques were exceptional and his commitment to the project was outstanding. I would very much welcome the chance to work with him again in the future.
